1. Order Fulfilment and Stock Availability

EQ Designs operates on a made-to-order basis for all items, including blank and embroidered goods. We do not maintain stock, and each item is sourced based on your specific request from our industry suppliers. As stock levels vary across our goods, availability is subject to change daily. If shortages occur in your order, we will promptly notify you upon realisation or as advised by our suppliers. Backordered items are typically restocked shortly, and we offer the option to ship these items when available or provide a refund for backordered items.

2. Product Information

Descriptions, images, sizes, and other product details on our website are sourced from our suppliers/manufacturers.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items with defects or manufacturing faults. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect choices or change of mind.

This policy is in place due to the associated costs of returning items to us and our suppliers. These costs include shipping fees for returning goods to us, shipping fees for us to return items to the supplier, and potential restocking fees charged by the supplier. If an exchange is requested, additional costs are incurred for ordering another garment and shipping it to you. These costs, if borne by us, would be passed on to you, potentially exceeding the original order value.

4. Order Cancellation

Cancelling an order may incur fees. If cancellation is requested before the order processing begins and the item has not shipped, no fees will be charged. If the item has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and any restocking fees incurred by EQ Designs.

5. Alterations by Third Parties

For garments ordered blank, please carefully inspect your order before involving a third-party decorator. Once garments have been altered outside of our services, we cannot accept responsibility.
